2. Scope of Services

We provide the following services:

a. Car Rental: Short-term vehicle rentals for personal or business use.

b. Car Subscription: Flexible, long-term vehicle subscription plans with monthly payments, inclusive of maintenance and insurance.

3. Terms of Use

a. Eligibility: Customers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

b. Vehicle Usage: Vehicles must be used for lawful purposes only and returned in the condition they were provided.

c. Payment Terms: Payments must be made in advance as per the agreed-upon terms for rental or subscription plans.

d. Cancellation Policy:

Short-term rentals: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booking date for a full refund.

 

Subscriptions: A 30-day notice is required to terminate the subscription.

a. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days for eligible cancellations.

b. Compensation for vehicle breakdowns or delays will be provided as per our terms and conditions.

6. Insurance and Liability

a. All vehicles come with comprehensive insurance coverage. However, customers are liable for any damage caused due to negligence or misuse.

b. Customers are required to pay a security deposit, which will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle in satisfactory condition.
